Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Chief Justice DY Chandrachud’s home today. The festival, which marks the arrival of Lord Ganesha, saw a special participation from PM Modi.
In a video shared online, Chief Justice Chandrachud and his wife warmly welcomed PM Modi to their residence. The Prime Minister, wearing a traditional Maharashtrian cap, performed aarti and offered prayers before the Lord Ganesha idol alongside the Chief Justice and his wife.
PM Modi also shared a glimpse of the celebration on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), captioning, “Joined Ganesh Puja at the residence of CJI, Justice DY Chandrachud Ji. May Bhagwan Shri Ganesh bless us all with happiness, prosperity and wonderful health.”
