India scored a comfortable nine-wicket win against the UAE in the Asia Cup 2025 match held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The star of the game was Kuldeep Yadav, who bowled brilliantly and took 4 wickets for just 7 runs.
India decided to play with only one fast bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, and relied more on spin. This strategy worked perfectly. UAE started well but could not handle Kuldeep’s spin attack. With support from Shivam Dube, who picked up three wickets, UAE’s innings collapsed and they were all out for just 57 runs in 13.1 overs.
Chasing such a small target, India batted aggressively. Abhishek Sharma hit 30 runs from only 16 balls, while Shubman Gill stayed solid at the other end and finished the chase. India reached the target in just 4.3 overs, making it a one-sided contest.
This victory showed how important Kuldeep Yadav is for India and proved once again that spin bowling can win matches even in big tournaments.
