My uncle (mama) has been asking me to join Art of Living for very long now.
I have no clue as to what this organization is. I do have some kind of an impression in my mind about AoL but I’ll admit, it may be way off.
Like, I think they started off with medication meditation (which is good) but then extended their “services” to everything including how to be more social, “personality development”, and all that.
It sounds like a bit lame ‘self-help’ kinda thing that doesn’t work.
So, am I being judgemental or are they really helpful in living a healthier, stress-free life?
