8. Upload documents in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, ensuring each file is under 2 MB, then submit your request.

9. Track the status of your update using the 14-digit request number provided.

10. If you miss the September 14 deadline, a ₹50 fee will apply for updates, but your Aadhaar card will not become invalid.

11. The card remains functional for identification purposes; only the free update period ends after the deadline.
